PNCQ – Programa Nacional de Controle de Qualidade
Brazilian external quality control programme for clinical laboratories (PRO-EX), sending control samples monthly. A basic programme covers clinical chemistry, haematology, basic immunology, microbiology, parasitology and urinalysis, and advanced programmes add autoimmunity, coagulation, flow cytometry, cytopathology, molecular biology and other areas. Participants are in Brazil, Latin America and Europe.
