National Tuberculosis Reference Laboratory (NTRL) / Supranational Reference Laboratory Uganda
Ministry of Health tuberculosis reference laboratory in Kampala, also a WHO supranational reference laboratory, that supplies proficiency testing panels for TB diagnostics including smear microscopy, GeneXpert MTB/RIF, line probe assay, culture, drug susceptibility testing, TB LAM, Truenat and sequencing.
